The examining officials of West Bengal Joint Entrance board has been released the WBJEE 2014 Result on 5 June 2014 at 4 p.m. The candidates those who appeared in the entrance exam conducted on 20 April 2014 can check their result on the official website of WBJEE 2014. Result will be containing the marks scored by the candidates on the basis of which the final cutoff will be released by the board. The candidates those who were absent in the exam, ‘absent’ will be displayed in their result. Candidates can take a print out of their WBJEE 2014 Result by simply giving print command and keep it for further references. Candidates whose names are enlisted in the final merit list, prepared on the basis of the result, will be called for the counselling process. The result will be issued to all the candidates whether they have qualified for the counselling or not.

Then they have to click on the active link for WBJEE 2014 Result download. On clicking, candidates will be asked to fill some of their basic details like roll number, date of birth, name, etc. On submitting these details, candidates can see their result and will be able to download it as well.

Since a very large number of candidates attend this exam, therefore there are fair chances of two candidates scoring equal marks in their WBJEE 2014 Result. In that case, a tie breaking mechanism will be followed by the board to give ranks to the candidates for the merit list purpose.
