UPSEE 2017 Application FormUPSEE 2017 Application Form – The submission of the application form of UPSEE 2017 has ended on March 20, 2017. The conducting authority, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, has further extended the last date to submit the application fees until March 21, 2017 (5:00 pm). No further extension of date will be given if there are any transaction failure for any reason. The candidates are expected to fill the academic & personal details and submit the application form before the due date. The UPSEE application form fee must be remitted only in online mode through credit/debit cards or net banking. Incomplete UPSEE application forms 2017 will not be accepted. The window for partial correction in the filled in application form has been activated from March 27 to 29, 2017. During the correction period, new form filling will not be permitted to any candidate. The login page for correction window will be available on this page as soon as it gets activated. Partial Correction for UPSEE 2017 Application Form

The window to correct/update data in the filled in application form has been activated from March 27 to March 29, 2017. Only those candidates who have successfully applied for UPSEE 2017 will be allowed to make the correction. They have to login with the application number and password modify the data. Candidates will be allowed to make the required changes only once. All details in the form can be corrected except the five fields given below:

  • Application Number
  • Candidate Name
  • Mother Name
  • Father Name
  • Date of birth

After correcting the required details, the revised confirmation page will be generated. Candidates must take a printout of the same and keep it secure for future reference. 

What’s new in UPSEE 2017 Application Form?

  • The Aadhaar Number has been included as a mandatory field in the application form. Without the Aadhaar number, no student will be able to proceed with the application process and apply for UPSEE 2017.
  • The application fee for all the candidates has been revised. Until last year, the application fee for Male/transgender candidates belonging to General/OBC category was Rs. 1000 which has now been increased to Rs. 1200. Similarly, the application fee for female and SC/ST category candidates have also been increased from Rs. 500 to Rs. 600.

Who can apply for UPSEE 2017?

The following candidates can apply for the entrance examination provided they satisfy the Eligibility Criteria of UPSEE 2017

  • Candidates who have passed their intermediate examination from any institution situated in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Students who have qualified their intermediate examination outside U.P but whose parents are domiciled residents of Uttar Pradesh. Such candidates have to produce domicile certificate of any one of the parents at the time of documents verification.
  • The Entrance Examination is also open to candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any institution located outside Uttar Pradesh and whose parents are not residents of the state.

Requirements for UPSEE 2017 Application Form

Before filling up the online application form, candidates must be ready with the following requirements:

  • A Valid Mobile number and Email ID.
  • Scanned images of candidate’s recent passport sized photograph, signature and left thumb print. Candidates can check the format and size of the images given below on this page.
  • Aadhaar Card Number
  • Roll number of candidates in the intermediate examination
  • Debit card/Credit card/Net banking details

How to Apply UPSEE 2017 Application Form

To fill up the application form, candidates will require following three basic steps. Details are given below:

Candidates have to click on the link provided below. They will require clicking on the “Apply” button, read all the instructions carefully, and then click on the proceed button. In the application form the following details must be entered:

If candidates have to make any changes, simply click on the “Edit” button at the bottom of the page and make the required changes. After completion of the application form, click on the “Submit” button. The review page will be displayed with all the particulars entered by the candidates. Verify the information entered. In case, of any modification, click on the “Edit Application Form Data” button, revise and submit it. Once satisfied with all the entries, read the declaration, tick the checkbox and click on “Final Submit” button.

After the submission, the application number will be generated by the system. It will also be sent to the mobile number and email ID provided by the applicants while filling up the form. Candidates must retain the application no. and password for future correspondences.

Uploading of scanned Images

  • In this stage, candidates have to upload scanned images of recent passport size colour photograph.
  • The photograph’s background should be either white or off- white and uncluttered. The photo must be front facing to the camera and the full face of the candidate must be visible.
  • Candidates also have to upload scanned image of their signature and left thumb impression.
  • All the uploaded scanned images must be clear. Application Form with blurred photograph, thumb impression or signature will be rejected.
  • After uploading the images, click on “Save” button.

Payment of Application Fee

  • The examination fee can be paid only through the online mode.
  • Candidates have to opt for Debit/ Credit card or net banking for payment of fees.
  • In addition to the application fee, candidates might have to pay the additional amount as service charge or taxes as applicable.
  • After the successful payment, the system will generate a transaction number. Note the transaction number for future correspondences.
  • Candidates must download the confirmation page and take two copies for future correspondence.

Steps to recover UPSEE 2017 Application number and Password

In case, applicants forget either their application number or password, they can follow the steps given below to retrieve it:

Reset Password

Candidates have to select any of the following options to retrieve their lost password:

  • Using Security Question and its Answer you chose during form filling
  • Using a verification code sent via text message (SMS) to your registered mobile number
  • Using a reset link sent via Email to your Registered Email Address

After selecting the suitable option, candidates have to click on the “Continue” option and enter the details given below:

  • Application Form
  • Application number, Date of birth
  • Enter Security pin

A link will be sent to the registered Email ID. Candidates have to follow the instructions and reset the password. Click Here to recover your password.

Retrieve Application Number

Applicants have to select the level of examination they are applying for and click on the “Continue” Button and enter the following details:

  • Candidate Name
  • Father Name
  • Mother Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Security Pin

    in my upsee form i have to change that i am appearing +2 “other than up ” but it is not being changed iam pressing “otup” but it save “up ” and my confirmation page also display the same
    and upsee website has give the date of 3 and 4 for making corrections but it is provided that we can make corrections in only limited particulars . please tell me how i can change it ……..

    please anyone tell me …. actually I have send confirmation letter to upsee after printing conformation to appear in 2015 upsee . but how can I make sure that it ( my confirmation page) have reached to mr registrar becoz on 3 to 4 april I have to submit an correction request pllzzz help

      Hi Bhumika,
      On confirmation page, all your entered personal details must be mentioned. If there is no error then no need to send the correction request.
