Modification in Application Process and Eligibility Criteria of NATA

NATA 2017 came in as a surprise to most of the candidates. The privilege to appear multiple times for the architecture entrance exam has been waived. Adding to it, the exam will now only be held in offline mode and on a single day, which is April 16, 2017.

Now, CoA has again made some very unexpected changes, which are

  • Removal of lower age limit
  • Making ‘Total Marks’ and ‘Obtained Marks’ optional in the application form.

The lower age limit for the candidates was 17 years but now the candidates belonging to all the age groups can apply. Also, the conducting body has realised that it is difficult to obtained marks from the 10th Std Grade card. Hence, the field to submit ‘Total Marks’ and ‘Obtained Marks’ has been made optional in the Application Form of NATA
