Candidates must fill up and submit the application form of KEE within the prescribed time (3rd week of April). For the academic session 2017-18, Karunya University will offer provisional admission to aspiring candidates into various B.Tech programmes offered by the University. Aspirants can fill up the KEE 2017 Application Form only through the online mode. Candidates have to submit their expression of interest (EOI) online and submit the completed application form along with the requisite amount to secure their provisional admission. Requirements for KEE 2017 Application Form:

Before beginning the application procedure, candidates must be ready with the following requirements:

  • Valid Phone Number.
  • Valid Email ID.
  • Class XII marksheet.
  • Scanned copy of Class X Certificate.
  • Bank account details for payment (For online transaction)

KEE 2017 Application Fees:

Candidates applying for KEE 2017 can pay the provisional admission fee of Rs. 51,000 (Including Rs. 1000 as application fee), through the following modes:

  1. Online Payment: Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking
  2. Demand Draft: Payment must be made in favour of ‘The Registrar, Karunya University’, payable at Coimbatore.
  3. Cash: Payment through cash in Indian Rupees should be deposited at the cash counter of Karunya University.

KEE 2017 Application Form- Online Procedure:

Candidates have to follow few basic steps for the Application Process of KEE 2017. Check the steps below:

Step 1) Registration: Click on the link given above on this page and enter the following details:

  • Candidate’s name
  • Email ID
  • Mobile Number
  • Applying for
  • Have you studied Maths in HSC?
  • 10th SSLC Mark (In percentage)
  • Select the Programme
  • Contact Preferences
  • Enter Captcha code/ Characters shown

After entering all the details correctly, click on ‘Submit’ button. Applicants can click on the ‘Clear’ button if they wish to re- enter all the details.

Step 2) Login: Upon successful registration, the Application number and the pass code will be sent to applicants to the registered Email ID and through SMS to the registered number. Candidates have to login with the credentials and proceed further and fill up the application form.

Stage 3) Filling up of Application Form: Candidates have to enter the following details in the application form:

Personal Information:

  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Father’s Name
  • Religion
  • National Status

Address for Communication:

  • Contact Person
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • Address Line 3
  • City
  • Country
  • State
  • District
  • If others, please enter (Other State)
  • If others, please enter (Other District)
  • Pin code

Academic Information:

  • Is your +2/ HSC from an institution in India
  • Have you studied the following subjects in +2/ HSc?
  • Board of +2 examination+2/ HSc qualifying year
  • Candidates have to enter data if any of the options given about the candidate matches
  • Upload 10th Certificate
  • Do you want to be a Day Scholar/ Hosteller
  • Referral by a current Karunya student (If Applicable)

After entering all the required details, applicants must read the disclaimer given below on the application form. Accept the declaration statement and click on the ‘Save’ button.

Stage 4) Payment of Fee: Candidates have to choose any one Payment mode given below:

  • Online
  • Demand Draft
  • Cash

After selecting the desired mode of payment, enter the required account details (If applicable) and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

Note: After depositing the fee, candidates must immediately furnish the fee details to the admissions Officer through email at / . Candidates have to mention their application number, name, and course to which admission is sought along with a scanned copy of the bank receipt/ cash counter receipt etc. Once the payment is accounted, candidates can download the receipt.

Stage 5) Confirmation Page:

After the successful submission of the application form, candidates will receive a confirmation Email and SMS. Candidates must download their provisional admission order and secure it for future correspondence.

An entrance test will be conducted for all the provisionally admitted students before completing the admission process in the University campus. Candidates’ admission will be confirmed on the basis of the eligibility norms and marks scored in the entrance test. No candidate will be given admission if they fail to fulfill KEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria.
