Candidates must keep the following particulars ready before filling the online application form of KCET 2018:

How to fill KCET application form 2018
The application process of KCET 2018 can be filled online. The following four steps are to be followed to successfully fill and submit KCET application form 2018:
Step 1. KCET 2018 Registration
- Whether the student is a citizen of India?
- Whether appeared for Karnataka 2nd PUC annual examination 2018 (Science)?
- If yes, enter 13 digit ‘student number’ assigned by PUE department.
- Enter the following details: Candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, e-mail ID, user-ID, password, re-enter password, secret question, answer, security code, enter security code.
- Tick ‘I have downloaded the information booklet and I have read the instructions carefully’ to enter application online.
Note: All fields marked with asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Click on ‘submit’ button.
- The application number and user ID will be displayed on the screen. It will also be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.
- Click on ‘click here’ button and login.
- On the login page, enter user ID, password, security code and click on ‘login’ button.
Step 2. Filling KCET 2018 Online Application Form
The candidate’s name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, Gender, mobile number and the Email ID will already be mentioned in the application form. Applicants have to enter the following details in the application form:

Step 3. KCET 2018 application form image specification
In this step, applicants have to upload scanned images of their photograph, signature, left hand thumb impression and signature of parents.

After completing above mentioned steps, applicants have to take a printout and carefully verify the entries. They can login and make changes if required before selecting the declaration.
After the scanned images are successfully uploaded, the declaration page will appear. Candidates have to tick on ‘I agree’ and click on ‘next’ to make the fee payment.
Step 4. KCET 2018 application fee and payment mode
After successfully submitting the form, applicants have to pay the required fee through e- challan to complete the application process. The following steps are involved in payment-
- Download and take a print out of the triplicate e-challan copy to make the payment.
- Name of the candidate, CET number, college/course allotted details, payment amount and bank account number will be mentioned in the challan.
- Make the payment at e-post office or any of the banks specified.
- After payment, the bank/e-post office will retain their copy and hand over the remaining two copies back to the candidate. The copies must be secured safely for future reference.
- Candidates residing outside India have to pay the fees in form of Demand Draft. The DD has to be drawn in favour of ‘The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority’, payable at Bangalore.
- Application number must be mentioned before sending it to the KEA address.
Note: List of banks specified by KEA for payment includes State Bank of India, Indian Bank and State Bank of Hyderabad.
