Requirements for Karnataka PGCET 2017 Application Form

To submit the application form, candidates will require certain documents. Some have to be uploaded online, while the other documents will just be required to enter details in the application form. The list of all of these documents is mentioned below:

Process to Submit Karnataka PGCET 2017 Application Form

The provision to submit the application form in pen and paper mode has been done away with. Now the candidates can only submit it online. The entire process of Karnataka PGCET 2017 Application Form can be divided into four parts, which are as below:

Part-I Online Registration: When the Application Form will release, the link to access it will be provided on this page. Candidates need to click on it and then access the link for ‘New User? Click Here to Register’. Following it, the registration portal will open and candidates will have to submit details in it.

After successful registration, a Karnataka PGCET 2017 Application Number and User-ID will be sent to the candidates at their registered phone number and e-mail id. It will also be displayed on the screen. Candidates should keep this details safely.

Part-II Karnataka PGCET 2017 Application Form Filling: Next, with the help of the provided Application Number and User-ID candidates will be able to login and access the KPCET Application Form. In the application form, the candidates will have to submit the following details:

  • Personal
  • Educational
  • Contact

Part-III Signing the Deceleration: After submitting the details in the application form, the provision to check and edit it will also be provided. When the candidates are sure of all the entered details, they need to read the deceleration, select and submit it.

After this, the candidates will get an Application Id and Password. It should also be saved properly. The candidates will also have to upload photograph, signature, and left thumb impression. All the documents are to be uploaded in the format prescribed above.

Part-IV Application Fee: The candidates will now have to submit the application fee. The fee amount is Rs. 650 for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 500 for candidates belonging to SC, ST category-1. It can only be submitted through challan, which can be downloaded from the login.

There will be three copies of the challan. The bank will return two copies of the challan to the candidate. One should be kept safely as a proof that the fee has been paid. While the another copy will be required during the counselling. Hence, must be kept safe.

Candidates need not send the confirmation to the authority. However, it should be download on an A-4 sheet. Candidates will have to then affix Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression on the provided space. The seal of the Principal, of the institute, last attended has to be obtained as well. This copy of the application form should be kept properly because the candidates will have to produce it during the document verification round, along with the copy of the challan form.
