**JEE Main 2017 Paper I** – Entrance Corner spoke to many students who appeared for JEE Main 2017 (Paper I and Paper II). Some of the highlights about the JEE Main Paper I according to most of the students are –

- Overall question paper was less difficult in comparison to the previous session.

**JEE Main 2017 Paper I** – As per the experts of various coaching institutes, the JEE Main 2017 (B.Tech) paper can be placed between easy to moderate. Some of the important points regarding the JEE Main paper I analysis –

- The questions in the paper 1 were mostly based on concepts and the candidates were required to solve them using their analytical skills.
- In most of the sets, a maximum of 12 questions was difficult, while 53 were moderate.
- The Physics section had questions that required analytical ability beyond the NCERT books to solve.
- 2/3 of the questions in the Chemistry section required clear concepts of the subjects.
- According to the experts of FIITJEE, the Mathematics part of Set D, question number 28 was a bit confusing and controversial. Few of the questions were lengthy and consumed a lot of time.
