The link to get the refund of multiple transactions is given below. The application form of JEE Advanced 2017 was available online from April 28. The last date to apply for JEE Advanced was May 2 (5:00 pm). Candidates could register for JEE Advanced with an additional fee of Rs. 500 from May 3 (10:00 am) to May 4 (5:00 pm). Candidates who have uploaded the declaration form in lieu of OBC-NCL certificate at the time of registration can now upload the original certificate until June 05, 2017. Candidates must ensure that the certificate is issued after April 1, 2017. Candidates have to click on the link given below to upload OBC-NCL certificate. Important Note: OBC- NCL Certificate upload

Candidates who have uploaded upload a declaration in lieu of OBC‐NCL Certificate at the time of applying for JEE Advanced, they can now upload the correct file from the link given below. Candidates have to enter JEE Main 2017 roll number, date of birth, certificate Type, e- mail, upload the selected file (Max: 1 MB), give reasons for uploading (Max: 500 characters). Candidates should note that the OBC NCL certificate must have been issued after April 1, 2017.

How to fill JEE Advanced 2017 Application Form

The entire application form of JEE Advanced 2017 had to be filled online. Aspirants had to follow three basic steps to apply for JEE Advanced 2017. The step by step detailed instruction is mentioned below.

Step 1) Filling up of Application Form

  • Click on the link given below
  • Login with your JEE Main 2017 roll number and password. The password is same as used for JEE Main.
  • Enter the security pin as shown in the login page
  • After logging in, all the personal, academic and contact details of candidates entered at the time of applying for JEE Main 2017 will appear on the screen
  • Enter additional information such as choice of the language of question paper (English/Hindi), exam centre, total number of attempts, etc.
  • Candidates can add up to two mobile number in addition to the number/s submitted while applying for JEE Main 2017

Step 2) Uploading of scanned images

After submitting the required details in JEE Advanced application form, candidates had to upload scanned images of the following documents:

  • OBC-NCL certificate (FORM-OBC-NCL) issued on or after April 1, 2017, in confirmation with the latest guidelines of the Government of India
  • If the candidate fails to collect the OBC-NCL certificate before online registration, they can upload a declaration (Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate) to that effect
2. SC/ST Caste or Tribe certificate, whichever applicable
3. PwD
  • Physical Disability certificate (Form-PwD II/III/IV) issued by the notified medical authority
  • Dyslexic candidates have to submit form-Dyslexic 1 and 2 instead of form-PwD. The word ‘severe’ must be mentioned in the certificate to enable candidates for the benefit of PwD category
4. DS Category Certificate (Form-DS) issued by a competent authority in the Directorate of Resettlement and Rehabilitation, New Delhi under the Ministry of Defence or the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India
5. PIO/OCI Card Holders PIO card or OCI certificate, as applicable
6. Candidates needing the services of a scribe Request letter to the Chairman of the respective zonal coordinating IIT (Form-Scribe).
7. Class XII exam Board outside India/exam not considered equivalent to class XII A certificate from the Association of Indian Universities to the effect that the examination qualified by the candidates is equivalent to the Class XII examination

Step 3) Payment of JEE Advanced application fee

Candidates had to pay the requisite fee amount to validate the application form of JEE Advanced 2017. Candidates can check the centre and category wise fee structure below:

Payment Mode of JEE Advanced 2017 Application Fee

The JEE Advanced 2017 registration fee payment had to be made through net banking, debit cards and SBI challan only. Payment of application fee through credit card was not accepted. The fee was neither refundable nor transferable. Check details of the payment mode below:

SBI Debit Card/Internet Banking

Candidates paying through online mode had to select Debit card/Internet Banking as per their convenience. After the successful payment, registration details along with the unique registration number was generated by the system. After successful payment, candidates had to take a print out of the registration details.

Payment in Cash through SBI Challan

Applicants could also pay the fee through cash. Candidates needed to select the option “SBI Branch” to pay the fee in cash. The challan to be generated automatically. Candidates had to take a print out of the challan and pay the fees at any branch of SBI across India. After paying the requisite fees, candidates had to login into their account and download the page generated by the system with the registration detail. Candidates had to take a print out of the same and keep it safe.

Payment for SAARC and Non-SAARC Exam Centres:

Candidates, appearing for the exam in SAARC and Non-SAARC countries had to make the payment through international Debit/Credit card issued by the foreign bank outside India. The card through which payment was being made had to be issued outside India, or else the payment was accepted. Candidates had to download the registration details after completion of payment.
