JEE Advanced 2017 application form has been released by IIT Madras on April 28. The application form of JEE Advanced is available only in the online mode. The top 2,20,000 JEE Main candidates qualified for JEE Advanced have to fill up the application form and submit it on or before May 2, 2017. However, candidates can apply for JEE Advanced with a late fee of Rs. 500 till May 4, 2017. Only those candidates who have secured JEE Main cutoff marks and satisfy the eligibility criteria can fill up JEE Advanced 2017 application form.
Before filling up JEE Advanced 2017 application form, candidates must ascertain that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the entrance examination. As per the JEE Advanced eligibility criteria, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 75% or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination (65% for ST and SC candidates).

Registration for JEE Advanced 2017 is a three-step procedure which includes the following steps:

Mode of Payment
Candidates can pay JEE Advanced 2017 application fee through the following modes:
SBI Debit Card/Internet Banking- Candidates paying through online mode have to select Debit card/Internet Banking as per their convenience.
Payment in Cash through SBI Challan– Applicants can pay the fee in cash through SBI Challan. Candidates have to select the option “SBI Branch” to generate the challan. Candidates have to take a printout of the system generated challan and take it to the SBI branch for making cash payment.
Payment for SAARC and Non-SAARC Exam Centres: Candidates opting for SAARC and Non-SAARC examination centre have to pay the registration fee through International Debit/Credit Card issued by Foreign Banks and issued outside India.

JEE Advanced 2017 will be conducted in a total number of 120 exam cities across the country and in 6 foreign countries. The exam consists of two compulsory papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. JEE Advanced Paper I will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, while Paper II will be conducted from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Through JEE Advanced 2017, the 23 IITs will fill around 11,000 B.Tech seats.
