Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), the conducting body of EAMCET 2014 has decided to alter the option entry process in the EAMCET 2014 Counselling round. The change has been brought in view of the candidates from remote areas who rarely have access to computers and working internet connection to mark desired options for colleges and courses for EAMCET 2014.
As per the new option entry method for EAMCET 2014 Counselling, candidates can mark the options at the designated helpline centers on getting verification of the documents. Once the documents are verified and credentials are matched, EAMCET 2014 Seat Allotment shall be made judicially. The new decision also bring the fact that only parents will be permitted to enter the helpline center along with the candidate.
To enter the center with their ward, they must bring a valid photo ID proof. It is required by candidates to sign a register at the AP EAMCET Helpline Center after the documents are verified and options are marked. Also, there is a proposal to increase the helpline centers from 53 to 93, considering the large number of candidates attempting EAMCET 2014.
