Features of the Merit List of DAIICT 2016

  • The Merit list will be compiled only for All India Category candidates. For Gujarat category applicants, the Institute will not compile a separate merit list as the ACPC will follow its own policy for the admission of such candidates.
  • The merit position of candidates will be decided on the basis of their All India Rank in JEE (Main) 2016, although certain other factors such as the choice of course, the intake capacity of each course and the reservation norms of the Institute may also be taken into consideration.
  • Mere inclusion in the DAIICT Merit List, however, does not guarantee any automatic entitlement for admissions to the Institute. Candidates will also have to meet all the conditions of eligibility that has been set out by the Institute.

The DAIICT 2016 Merit List can be viewed by candidates against their DAIICT 2016 Application Number and Date of Birth or their JEE (Main) 2016 Roll Number or Application Number.
