In addition to official website, the application form for counseling will also be available at www.banglarmukh.com. The website also carries the details regarding the counseling dates and the process.
Counselling will be conducted in three phases. Seat allotment for West Bengal colleges will be on the basis of ranks secured by the candidates in the entrance test. The third phase of seat allotment will be held only if a substantial number of candidates are available after the first and second rounds of counselling.
Documents Required
Candidates are required to carry a certain set of documents along with them at the time of counselling. All original certificates would be required. The checklist for the set of documents required is as follows:
Original marksheet for HSC (Class XII)
Completely and properly filled counselling application form
Admit card
Rank Card
In case a candidate fails to produce any of the above mentioned documents at the time of counselling, he or she can be denied admission to the desired college. Cancellation of the admission in such a case will be at sole discretion of the college. The seat allotment at the time of counselling will be made on the basis of availability of seat in the institute and the rank secured by the candidate. The payment of fee for the counselling can be done through a demand draft. It is advisable that candidates carry the draft with the name and the enrollment number written on the back of the draft to the center
