VITEEE Offline Application Form 2012 :
VITEEE offline application forms will be issued from 5th of December , 2011.
VITEEE Prospectus and the information brochure for the B.Tech. Degree program 2012, along with the necessary enclosures which include the VITEEE Engineering application form and a printed self addressed envelope, can be obtained against cash payment of 950/- from the various List of List of Post Offices as given.
Candidates can obtain from the designated branches of post offices on cash payment of 950/- ( or )
By sending a Demand Draft for 950/- [ Computerized DD ] drawn in favour of “VIT University” payable at Vellore to the address of Admissions Officer, VIT University, Vellore with a request letter containing the complete address with Mobile number ( or )
By handing over a DD of 950/- in person at VIT University from the following addresses :

Returning the Completed VITEEE Application Form 2012 :
VITEEE Application Form duly completed should be checked if all the items have been correctly filled and appropriate codes indicating your exact choice have been put in the right spaces provided against each. You are advised to go through the checklist available on the inside front cover of the VITEEE brochure. Also ensure that you have adhered to the instructions for completing the computerized OMR VIT Engineering application form before mailing the application. The Vellore Institute of Technology application should be refolded only along the original fold and inserted in the envelope provided.
Your VIT Engineering application form should be sent through either registered Post / Speed Post in the self addressed envelope provided by VIT so as to reach the office positively on or before 29th February, 2012. Before dispatching the VITEEE application form ensure that you have filled in the correct Test City Code and tick the checklist on the envelope provided.
Incomplete VIT Vellore Application Form shall not be considered and no correspondence shall be made in this regard. VITEEE application form once sold shall not be taken back under any circumstances nor the application fee, refunded in any case.
Receipt of Completed VITEEE Application Form 2012 :
- The last date for the receipt of completed VITEEE application forms at VIT is 29th February, 2012.
- Any VIT Engineering applications received after last date will not be accepted.
- Any delay in receiving the VITEEE application by the candidate will not be considered a valid reason for late submission.
- VIT Institute will not accept responsibility for any postal delay, irregularity or loss in postal transit.
VITEEE Important Dates 2012 :
- Last date for issue & receipt of VITEEE applications form : 29th February, 2012 ( Wednesday ).
- VITEEE Entrance Exam Date : 21st April, 2012 ( Saturday ).
- Declaration of VITEEE Exam Results ( Tentative ) : 07th May, 2012 ( Monday ).
