Orissa JEE 2012 Application Submission Process

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Orissa is conducted every year for the admission of students to BArch, MBBS, BPharm, MCA, B.Tech, BHMCT and MBA courses. The examination is also organized for the lateral entry of students to the third semester of various degree courses like BPharm, B.Tech and BHMCT Courses. Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Orissa is generally held in May at selected centers for the students seeking admission in the various degree courses.

Following is Orissa JEE 2012  Application Submission Process :

(A) OJEE application form can be Obtained From Banks / Post Offices :

On payment of  550/ – from the following branches of Post Office / Syndicate Banks / State Bank of India.

(B) Orissa JEE application form can be filled Online through our website : www.odishajee.com. The applicant has to submit the receipt of confirmation slip and demand draft to Chairman, OJEE – 2012. The draft should be made for  550/ – drawn in favour of “OJEE – 2012″ on any nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar.

(C) Orissa Joint Entrance Exam application form can be obtained from OJEE – 2012 Office :

Candidates can also apply for application form by post on payment of A/C payee Demand Draft for  550/ – drawn in favour of “OJEE – 2012″on any nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar along with a stamped (  75/ – ) 30 cm x 25 cm Size cloth lined self addressed envelope from the Office of the following address :

Old question papers of OJEE – 2011 for  10/ – per booklet will be on sale from the following branches of Syndicate Bank only subject to availability : Angul, Balasore, Baripada, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar ( Kalpana Square, Nayapalli, Vanivihar ), Cuttack ( Choudhury Bazar ), Rourkela and Sambalpur. The candidates seeking admission to M.Tech / M.Pharm / M.Arch should fill his / her application only through online process by logging on to www.odishajee.com. There will be no information brochure selling either from BANKS or GPO for PGAT.

INSTRUCTIONS & PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

1.

The candidates should download the Information Brochure and read all the instructions carefully.

2.

Candidates can apply online if they have access to computer, printer and Internet by logging on to OJEE Website www.ojee.nic.in orwww.odishajee.com. The site has been designed in a user friendly way to help candidates to apply Online in a step by step fashion. Online application portal will be opened from 10 A.M. on 10.02.2012 to 5 P.M. on 15.03.2012 and receipt of filled in application along with Bank Draft at JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, 751030 is 22.03.2012.

The Examination fee for entrance test is Rs.550/- (Rupees Five hundred fifty only). Candidate can only make payment through account payee bank draft in favour of OJEE-2012 payable at Bhubaneswar from any designated Bank. www.ojee.nic.in

The candidate has to Log-on to OJEE Website i.e. www.ojee.nic.in or www.odishajee.com for online application form fill up.

5.

Before proceeding for filling up on-line application form, the candidate should have made Rs.550/- (Rupees Five hundred fifty only) account payee bank draft in favour of OJEE-2012 payable at Bhubaneswar from any designated Bank. The candidate as well as the parents should read this information brochure carefully before filling up the On-line application form.

First the candidate has to go to menu item “Apply-On-Line”.

Than the candidate has to Enter Name, Parent/Guardian Name, Date of Birth, User-ID and Password. At least one letter and one numeric value must be included in your Password (e.g. maniska123). Note down the User-ID and Password for future reference

There are two simple steps to Apply Online

Step 1: Fill the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application Number. Take a printout of filled Application Form along with Application Number.

Step 2:Make payment of fee by account payee bank draft of Rs.550/- (Rupees Five hundred fifty only) in favour of OJEE-2012 payable at Bhubaneswar from any designated Bank.

Steps to be followed for payment of Application Fee

•   Logon to the OJEE website, fill the Application Form online including details of bank draft.

•   Take a printout of filled Application Form along with Application Number.

•   Paste the photograph at the appropriate box. Keep four more copies similar photographs for future use.

•   Put your full signature and get the full signature of your parent / guardian in the appropriate boxes.

•   Write the address on an A4 sized envelope, put the Application Form without folding it and Bank Draft (Write your name, application number and course applied for on the back side of the bank draft), seal the envelope securely and send it byREGISTERED / SPEED POST / COURIER SERVICE to Chairman, OJEE-2012, JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, 751030. (keep the postal receipt for future reference) so as to reach on or before 5.00 pm of the last date of submission.

9.

This completes your On-line application process.

10.

No acknowledgement will be given for applications. However, you can verify your application status by logging-in with your user-ID and Password after 1st April. If you see any discrepancy, call us or email us using the details given in the web site.

11.

Confidentiality of Password is the sole responsibility of the Candidate.

12.

You are required to remember your User-id and Password for all future logins.

13.

You are advised to change the Password at frequent intervals.
