Thapar 2012 Admission Notice

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE ONLINE THAPAR 2012 APPLICATION FORM

Before filling up this form, kindly go through the detailed instructions given in the prospectus.

This Online Application form consists of Program applied for, Personal Details, Qualification Details and Demand Draft Details.

Please ensure you have the DD ready with you when you start filling this Online form as you need to mention the DD details without which the form will not get submitted

The DD should be in the name of "Thapar University, payable at Patiala"

The amount of the DD Program/discipline wise is mentioned below

Once you complete reading the instructions, you will find at the Bottom, options for "Entering Login ID and password." (for an existing applicant)and "Online Registration" (for new user registering for first time) available.

All fields in this form are mandatory, hence please ensure you enter all the details. Unless you fill all the information, the form will not get submitted

The “Date of Birth” that you mention is this Online form should be same as mentioned in your School Leaving / Birth Certificate. If there is any mismatch found during physical verification of the documents sent by you, your candidature would stand cancelled.

You have to provide a valid email id and furnish current mobile numbers which are to be entered in the Online Application Form. The email should be active till next six months.

Please check the form once completely before final submission, as once you "SUBMIT" the form, it won't allow you to modify any field. After clicking on "SUBMIT", you can only PRINT the form, you cannot modify the data.

After entering all mandatory information correctly, once you click on "SUBMIT" button the system shall send you an email containing your Login ID and password. Please ensure you keep these details with you safely for future use

After you log in using the Login ID provided to you, you can take print out of submitted form.

Once the form is submitted, the candidate needs to take print out of this form, paste your recent passport size photo,sign in the space provided for signature mentioning date and place with ball point pen,  attach the required documents as mentioned below and send it to "Incharge Admission Cell, Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab-147004".

The Last date of filling the online application form is 4th June, 2012.

Father's / Guardian's Undertaking: In the space provided for the Father/Guardian signature, take signature of your Father/Guardian with date and place using Ball point pen after reading the declaration

List of Documents to be sent along with this form:

DD : (DD should be in the name of "Thapar University, payable at Patiala"

SC/ST, Physically Handicap Category : A certificate based on which reservation is sought

Once your documents are received and approved by the university, you will receive an Auto e-mail asking you to 
come to this same link and do the booking for your Online exam. The booking can be done from 5th June, 2012, hence you can generate your Exam ADMIT CARD from 5th June, 2012.
