PDPU 2012 Forms , Application , Exam date

Students who are Appearing for Admission in Undergraduate (B.Tech ) Programs offered in Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University for the Academic year 2012-2013 are hereby informed that the Admissions for the Undergraduate B.Tech Program in Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University will be based on the All India Engineering Entrance Exam (AIEEE 2012) Conducted by CBSE.

Students who aspires for PDPU Admission 2012 should Crack AIEEE 2012 with a Good Rank for Admissions.

Admission Criteria for PDPU 2012 :-

• Should have a minimum academic qualification of 10+2 with 50% marks (for SC/ST 45%) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry,
• Should appear in AIEEE 2012 examination conducted by CBSE.

Students who have appeared at All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE 2012) conducted by CBSE and passed Higher Secondary Examination (or its equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible to apply.

A Candidate should have

(A) Mark sheet and certificate of Higher Secondary Examination (or its equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or that of qualifying examination listed below:

The 10+2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, including Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi.

Intermediate Science or Two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board / University.

Final Examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defense Academy.

General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/ Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.

High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University.

Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2 system.

H.S.C. Vocational Examination.

Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects.

(B) AIEEE 2012 Score Card

Age:
Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 01 October 1986 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the 10th or 10+2 standard certificate, as issued by the Board/University, only, will be taken as authentic. Candidates must produce this certificate in original as a proof of their age at the time of counseling.
