JAIPUR: Rajasthan's engineering colleges are fast emerging on the national map as global IT giants recruiting fresh engineers and management graduates in large numbers.
TCS in its ongoing drive to hunt have offered placement to about 360 fresh engineers and nine of MCA students. TCS after day-long placement interviews in top engineering colleges in Jaipur and Bikaner recently selected BTech students, its human resources department sources said.
Out of the total selection, 267 were from Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre (JECRC)-Jaipur and 80 from the Government Engineering College-Bikaner.
