OJEE 2011: Final Phase (Vacancy Round)

NOTICE: OJEE 2011-12

Final Phase (Vacancy Round) Web Counseling in Engineering streams will be held according to the schedule mentioned below to fill up the seats remaining vacant after the first two phases of counseling already held:

Vital Points:

1. OJEE 2011 qualified candidates and AIEEE rank holders, who have

(i) not registered earlier

(i) registered but not allotted in the earlier phases of counseling and

(iii) allotted but could not deposit the part admission fees in the nodal centres, can participate in this final phase (vacancy round) counseling.

2. OJEE 2011 qualified candidates and AIEEE rank holders, who have been allotted in the earlier phases of counseling and deposited the part of admission fees in the nodal centres, can not participate in this final phase (vacancy round) counseling.

3. Allotment of seats will be made on the basis of combined General Rank.

4. The candidates who have already deposited the counseling fee of Rs. 450/- in the earlier phases of counseling need not deposit the counseling fee again. However they need to produce the receipt of the same at the nodal center during document verification.

5. The candidates who have not deposited the counseling fee of Rs. 450/- in the earlier phases of counseling need to deposited the counseling and get the documents verified at the nodal centre along with the documents as specified in the Counseling Brochure.

6. The candidates can report at any of the following Nodal centers for document verification, choice locking and deposit the part Admission Fee.

2. College of engineering and Technology (CET), Bhubaneswar
3. Government ITI, Rourkela
