CCB has taken a small step, now Internal Sliding is with 5^th round.

Internal sliding which was scheduled to happen on 28^th July (students who have already got institute) is now going to take place on 3^rd august along with 5^th round.

CCB step:

1. Internal Sliding along with 5^th round.
2. Vacancy till 1^st august will be taken into consideration.

Two side of Counseling:

1. Students Who are Inside institutes :

Few losses for these students as they have to compete with other students as well now (basically number of students those secured good ranks and taken risk and still waiting for any good Institute)

2. Students with No Institutes :

Good point for those who have good ranks as now they have chances for better branches as compared to earlier case (Internal Sliding -28th July).

New point:-

Vacancy till 1^st August will be taken in consideration in this round.  So more seats will be available as students are done with many other counseling rounds like IIITH, NSIT, DCE, PEC, THAPR, COMEDK etc.

However it is expected that a good number of Seats will remain vacant even after 5^th round of counseling.
