Important Information :

• Download the Rank Card from www.kiitee.ac.in
• Candidates have to report at the counselling venue half an hour before the time of counselling.
• Candidates should check the KIIT website www.kiitee.ac.in to get updated information regarding counselling.
• Counselling will be stopped at any time as soon as all the seats are filled up.
DOCUMENTS/FEES TO BE PRODUCED ON THE DAY OF COUNSELLING

Candidates should produce following Original Certificates with one set of Xerox Copies on the day of counselling. Original Certificates will be returned after verification and Xerox Copies will be retained by the university for office use.

1. Admit Card
2. Rank Card
3. 10th Pass Certificate / Marksheet
4. 12th Marksheet
5. School / College Leaving Certificate & Conduct Certificate
6. Two numbers of passport size photographs
7. Demand Draft  of Rs. 55,000/- which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs. 5,000/- in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Cash payment will not be accepted.
8. Reserved category
(i)  SC/SC(W)/ST/ST(W) -  Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate.
(ii) PH/PH(W) - Physically handicapped certificate issued by authorized Medical Board.
N.B: Appearing Candidates, whose result is not declared by the day of counselling, can attend the counselling with an undertaking to submit the result by 10th June, 2012.

The KIITEE 2012 Counselling, Seat allotment and Admissions for the Students will be Purely Based on the Marks Scored in the KIITEE 2012 Entrance Exam. Students who were Qualified should Bring the Original Documents at the Time of Counselling.

Documents / Certificates to be Submitted at time of Counselling :

  • KIITEE 2012 Admit Card
  • KIITEE 2012 Rank Card
  • 10th Pass Certificate
  • 12th Marksheet and Pass Certificate
  • Graduation Marksheet and Pass Certificate only for MCA ,M.Sc.(Biotechnology/ Applied Microbiology),M.Sc.Nursing.
  • Diploma Pass Certificate and three years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)
  • B.Tech./B.E./ MCA/ M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree Certificate (For M.Tech./LLM/Ph.D Candidates)
  • Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate. Physically handicapped candidates need not bring medical certificates. The decision of Medical Board constituted by KIIT University will be final.
  • GATE Score Card (for M.Tech. GATE Qualified only)
  • School/College Leaving Certificate
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Draft of Rs.55,000/- which includes the Counseling Registration Fees of Rs.5,000/- in favor of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Cash payment will not be accepted.
