KIITEE 2017 – The KIIT University will conduct the KIIT Engineering Examination (KIITEE) 2017 for the admission to various undergraduate engineering courses. The computer-based entrance test (CBT) will be held from April 14 to 23, 2017. The university has made the application form of KIITEE 2017 available in the online mode until March 31, 2017. Only the registered candidates are eligible for KIITEE 2017 slot booking process, which has begin from April 01 to 05, 2017. Through booking KIITEE 2017 slot, the candidates can reserve their book, date and slot for the exam. Only after slot booking, the admit card of KIITEE 2017 will be available. KIIT University will declare the result of KIITEE 2017 in online mode on May 05, 2017. After the result, a new merit list will be prepared by authority which will include the rank of candidates. The eligibility criteria of KIITEE 2017, which the candidates must fulfil to receive admission is as below.

The application form of KIITEE 2017 has been made available. There is no application fee for the candidates, belonging to any of the categories. To submit the application form, the candidate may follow the steps below:

- Read all the given instructions and then access ‘Apply Online’ button
- In the application form, enter Personal Details, Centre Options, Qualification Details, and Address for Communication.
- After submission of the application form, a page will be generated. Candidates have to note down the application number for future reference.
- Candidates will be required to take a print out of the application form. They have to paste two copies of their recent passport sized photograph, put their signature and their Parent’s/ Guardian’s signature and submit it at the address below.

Last year there were 60 centres of KIITEE and it is expected that even this year the number will be the same. The candidates will be allowed to choose the centre of their choice, through the slot booking. The slot booking of KIITEE 2017 has started from April 01, 2017. For the computer-based mode of test, the candidates are required to reserve a date, time and centre for the test. Therefore, the candidates are advised to book KIITEE 2017 slot as per their preference and convenience.
Only after completing the process of slot booking, the admit card of KIITEE 2017 can be downloaded. The admit card contains the important information of the candidates such as name of the candidate, admit card number, test date, exam centre and test time, subject etc. The candidates must download the KIITEE 2017 admit card and must carry to the exam centre for identity verification.
The syllabus of KIITEE 2017 is very similar to class 11th and 12th class examination. It covers various topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The candidates may check the detailed syllabus by clicking on the heading above.
The pattern of the examination will be as follows:
- KIITEE 2017 will be a Computer Bases Test.
- Candidates have 180 minutes to solve 120 multiple choice questions of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- All the questions in the examination will be of 4 marks each.
- Negative marking of 1 mark will be done for choosing the incorrect answers.

The result of KIITEE 2017 will be announced online, for all those candidates who will appear for the exam. It will be released as the rank card. The score and merit achieved by the candidate will be mentioned in it. The rank of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of their marks, compared to the cutoff. The candidates are expected to download their KIITEE 2017 rank card because it will not be sent via any other medium to the candidates.
The cutoff of KIITEE 2017 will be determined before the evaluation of the result but will be disclosed along with it. The University will determine it to delimit the candidates for the admissions. The University will also announce the cutoff rank. To receive counselling letter, the rank secured by the candidate should be equal to or more than minimum qualifying score.
In the KIITEE 2017 counselling round, the seat will be allocated to the candidates. The allocation will be done on the basis of the rank secured and preferences stated by the candidate. It will be held in multiple sessions, about which the candidates will be informed through the counselling letter.
