KIITEE 2017 CounsellingThe counselling session for KIIT University will commence from May 25, 2017. Only candidates who registered themselves and qualify the entrance test will be able to appear for the counselling test. On the basis of counselling process, the seats will be allotted to the candidates. The seat allocation will strictly be done on the basis of rank secured by the candidates in the merit list. Examinees must attend the counselling session in person. Counselling schedule will be published after the declaration of KIITEE 2017 Result. KIITEE 2017 Counselling Procedure

After the declaration of results, a merit list will be prepared by the University in which the candidates will be arranged in the increasing order of their rank and the decreasing order of their marks. The candidate with the highest will be given higher preference in the seat allotment in KIITEE 2017 Counselling and will be the first one to choose the courses and colleges.

The entire counselling procedure will include calling of aspirants on the basis of their performance, ranking, document verification as well. Candidates must note that the as soon as all the seats will be reserved, the counselling of KIITEE 2017 will be stopped. Therefore, the aspirants must fill their options according to their preference and no one should miss the counselling. No other round will be held if no seat will be allotted to such candidates in KIITEE 2017 Counselling.

The aspirants are informed to bring the relevant documents with them as mentioned in the website for verification. If he/she fails in providing the requisite documents, it may lead to disqualification of the candidate and then candidate will not be allowed to take part in the KIITEE 2017 Counselling. The candidate will also be barred from counselling if the documents submitted by the candidate will be found doubtful. A candidate availing admission under reservation category will have to bring their caste certificate.

Documents to be submitted by the candidate

A candidate must submit the list of documents for the verification purpose. The list of these is as follows:

  • KIITEE 2017 Admit Card
  • KIITEE 2017 Rank Card
  • 10th certificate
  • Class 12th Marksheet and Certificate
  • Admit Card of Class XIIth
  • Reservation certificate issued by the competent authority
  • Two Passport size photographs
  • School leaving certificate
  • Conduct Certificate
  • Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000/- which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs. 10,000/- which is non-refundable, in favor of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar.
  • Balance fee as per the fee structure is to be paid on the day of reporting.

For the convenience of candidates, the fee structure for the course is given below

In addition to the fees mentioned above, Rs. 75,000/- is to be paid (one time) at the time of admission as counselling, Registration, Admission Kit, Laptop & Blazer.
