JKCET 2017 Application Form – The application form of JKCET 2017 was available from February 27. The entire application procedure was carried out in the online mode. The JKCET 2017 application fee was Rs. 800. The last date to fill up JKCET application form was April 03, 2017. Now, as the application procedure has been over, candidates who have successfully submitted the JKCET 2017 application form will be issued admit card tentatively in the last week of April/1st week of May. The admit card is an important document for all the aspirants who are going to appear for JKCET 2017 which is scheduled to be held on May 28. Important Requirements for JKCET 2017 Application Form
Before filling up the application form, candidates must keep the following self-attested documents ready to be uploaded along with the form:
- Qualifying marks certificate (For candidates whose result has been declared)
- Birth Certificate
- Scanned copies of candidate’s passport sized photograph, signature and thumb impression.
- Scanned copy of BOPEE’s Challan copy (For candidates paying the fee through challan)
- Bank account details (For candidates paying the fee online)
- Permanent Resident Certificate
- Reserved category certificate (If applicable, including sports, Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) and Poor and Backwards certificate)

Procedure to fill up JKCET 2017 Application Form
Candidates must follow the steps given below to successfully apply for JKCET 2017:
Registration of JKCET 2017 Application Form
- Candidates have to click on the “Register” button to initiate a fresh application, fill it up and create an account.
- They have to enter details such as name, father’s name, date of birth etc.
- After entering the required details an application number will be generated. Candidates must note down the application number and keep it safe for future reference.
- Using the application number candidates have to login into their account to complete the application process.
Payment of Fee of JKCET 2017 Application Form
Candidates have to make the payment of Rs. 800 before proceeding to fill the required details in the application form. The fee can be paid through either of the modes mentioned below:
HDFC/J&K Bank Challan: Candidates have to download the challan copy and deposit the fee amount in any branch of J&K Bank or HDFC Bank
HDFC Payment Gateway: The payment can also be made online through the HDFC integrated payment Gateway with any national Credit/Debit Card.
If the payment is made through Bank Challan, applicants have to enter challan details on the application form once the payment is made.
Fill up the Application Form
After the successful payment of the requisite fee, applicants have to fill in their personal, educational, communication details etc in the form. After entering details in all the mandatory fields, candidates may proceed to the next step.
Uploading of Scanned Images
At this stage, candidates will require uploading scanned copies of photograph, signature and left thumb impression, necessary documents and BOPEE’s Challan copy in JPEG/JPG format. The size of the passport sized photograph should not exceed 500 KB whereas the maximum size of the signature and thumb impression is 200 KB.
Downloading of Registration Slip
After completing all the above- mentioned steps, the complete details as entered by the candidates will be displayed on the screen. Applicants must go through all the details carefully. To make any correction in the form, candidates have to click on “Modify” button and make the required changes. Once satisfied with all the details entered in the form, candidates may submit the application.
After the final submission, a provisional registration slip containing the application number along with candidates’ details will be generated. Candidates have to take a print-out of the same and keep it safe for future admission procedure.
Note: Candidates will not be allowed to change/modify any details in the form after the final submission. Therefore, before they submit the application form, they must double check all the particulars entered in the form.
