GUJCET 2017 Counselling – The consent for reshuffling and alteration of choices has started from July 17, 2017, to 20, 2017. The result of round 2 GUJCET Counselling 2017 will be declared on July 24, 2017. GUJCET 2017 Counselling Procedure
The procedure of GUJCET counselling 2017 includes:

GUJCET 2017 Registration Fee payment
The candidates who had qualified GUJCET 2017 were able to register online for GUJCET 2017 counselling by paying the registration fees for counselling. The candidates should have paid the registration fee to purchase the Information Booklet and PIN from any designated branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank made available from May 12. The payment of registration fees was available until June 9. The 14 digit PIN is important to continue the further GUJCET counselling process. GUJCET 2017 Counselling Registration Fee: Rs. 350.
Online Registration for GUJCET counselling
The registration for GUJCET counselling was started on June 1, 2017 for all the candidates ( Gujarat Board / CBSE / ISCE / NIOS / IB / Cambridge students who have passed HSC Examination in Science Stream from Gujarat State) who had received the PIN and paid the required amount. The GUJCET 2017 roll number must be used as the User ID and candidates were required to create a new password (at least 6 and maximum 12 alphanumeric characters) for login purpose.
The candidates, who had passed HSC (Science Stream) examination from outside Gujarat and appeared in GUJCET 2017 are required to submit their registration details with relevant documents at the Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Admission Building, L. D. College of Engineering Campus, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380 015.
Choice Filling of courses and colleges – The candidates had to indicate their preferences of courses and colleges in the online mode by logging in. The candidates had to select any number of colleges and courses. Before filling the number of colleges and courses, the candidates must be aware of the GUJCET participating institutes 2017.
Document Verification for GUJCET counselling 2017 – After registering online, the candidates will be required to take a printout of the registration form and affix the passport size photograph and signature on it. Thereafter, the candidates must report to the 46 helpline centres for document verification and submission of registration form. If the candidates who fail to submit the relevant documents within the time-limit will be considered for admission on the following conditions.
- With the payment of Rs. 5000 to the admission committee ACPC, as the security deposit. The candidates can submit the documents within the period of five (05) working days. The amount of Rs 500 will be deducted and remain will be refunded to the candidates.
- In the event of failure of submission of original documents, the candidature will be cancelled.
GUJCET 2017 Seat Allotment – The result of allotment of seats as per the merit rank will be displayed on the link provided above. The candidates can check the result by using the login credentials as specified. The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of merit list, the category of candidates, availability of seats and preferences of colleges and courses. The seat allotment is being done in online mode. The candidates must log in and confirm/upgrade the allotted seats.
Paying the tuition fee after GUJCET 2017 counselling – The candidates will be required to pay the tuition fee in the prescribed format. To remit the fee, the candidates must log in and select the payment option available. If the candidates will fail to pay the tuition fee, the admission of the candidates will be cancelled.
Downloading the Allotment Letter – The candidates will be required to download provisional allotment letter by logging in. The allotment letter must be submitted by the candidates while reporting to the allotted institute.
Reporting to allotted college – After the GUJCET 2017 counselling session, the candidates will be required to report at the institute for admission formalities. The original documents and a set of photocopy must be carried by the candidates.

In case the candidate fails to submit the document, the admission will be cancelled.
