How To Get an Overview of the Syllabus

  • Take up NCERT books and forget that other books also exist on this planet
  • Read the NCERT books like how you read a story book. Don't try too hard to understand the concepts and do not solve any unsolved problems. Just go through the solved problem
  • After completing the above 2 steps read the same NCERT books again, but this time read the book carefully. Solve the solved as well as unsolved ones. Don’t worry if you are not able to solve some problem leave them and proceed.
  • Once you finish these books go through the other IIT-JEE recommended books and start solving problems. Don't read any more theory as your concepts are already clear. You are now just refining your concepts.
  • Try this Guys …….it works…..
  • It will take only 2 to 3 weeks to complete first 2 steps..

@Amit

ur problem is that ur concepts are not cleared and u are directly jumping to solve JEE level problems.....du de...first u have to start solving basic level problems like from NCERT and then and only then go for Tuff level JEE problems. So start now...solving NCERT problems of Phy chem and maths.....and after completing...th ose problems go for tougher ones from HC verma, Arihant,and other books....which are ment for JEE....and i think u need to practice more ....just practice....dai ly..and dont feel...disheart eetened if u are not able to solve any problems ....it happens....just u need to strenthen ur concepts...

its not compulsory that u have to study for 10 hours...if not 10 hours..then try something less ....but try to cover the portion...daily ...keep daily targets..like on what u will complete on that day..and make sure that...u follow it..
and if u havent started ur boards preps..then better start...otherwi se it will be too late....what u can do is..study ..the chapter..of board exam..in such a way that..u solve jee level problems also..this will prepare u for ur jee as well as for boards...

ya u can ofcourse clear jee ....but as u have not started yet u need to spend more time on studying like 8 to 10 hours

I have already laid out the plan in my article on how to prepare for jee in 6 months...u can follow it...and the months which u missed u can adjust it by giving them time daily....

so i think u better start studying and see to it that u utilize this last chance properly and sincerely...

cheers

@bhushan...u can always..check the prospectus..of JEE..there the syllabus...is given..and u can tick mark the lessons in syllabus on the index page of the NCERT...by referring to the JEE syllabus..

this will give u an idea abt the syllabus....
