The JEE Main 2013 Exam Pattern will have the following type of subject combination:
- Paper I:
- Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
- Paper II:
- Mathematics Part I
- Aptitude Test Part II
- Drawing Test Part III
The JEE Main 2013 Exam Pattern will have objective type questions from Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics with equal weightage for Paper I. The Paper II will have Objective Type Questions from Mathematics Section and Aptitude Test Section. As per JEE Main 2013 Exam Pattern the Drawing Test section will include questions to test the drawing aptitude of the candidates.
JEE Main 2013 Exam Pattern enlists the requirements of the papers that need to be qualified for admissions in different courses.
The candidates who want to do B.E/B.Tech have to take the Paper I and the aspirants of B.Arch/B.Planning will have to qualify Paper II.
The JEE Main 2013 Exam Pattern also describes the rules for scoring and negative marking. Every question will have four answers from which only one will be correct option. Any wrong answer will earn a negative one fourth (1/4) of the total allocated marks for that question.
