yeah ur eligible for counseling! but bro its better u dont take up engg with the rank! unless ur sure that ur rank could hav been better and ur a way better student that what ur rank calls upon! so my say is if u are to b an engineer ull b taking chances! AND IF U WANT TO GET INTO A GOOD KOLG,,, PLZ PLZ PLZ WAIT FOR THE SECOND COUNSELING! i am a student of shibpur! plz dont over hear me! or else ull regret after the 2nd counseling is done and if u dont attend that!!!!
