The paper will be of 2 and a half hours duration having objective questions from the following subjects:.
- Physics-35 questions for a total of 105 marks
- Chemistry-35 questions for a total of 105 marks
- Mathematics-35 questions for a total of 105 marks
- Biology-50 questions for a total of 105 marks.
All candidates have to attempt Physics and Chemistry sections. Candidates have to attempt Mathematics for all courses except the bio-engineering courses for which they have to attempt biology section. Each of the questions will have four options. There will be negative marking for an incorrect answer of 1/3rd of the total marks allotted to each question.
