Please read the Instructions carefully before filling up the Application Form.
The filled application along with prescribed non-refundable fee of Rs.1000.00 (by way of Demand Draft only, drawn in favour of
KRLMPCA, payable at Bangalore), should be sent on or before 20th April, 2010. KRLMPCA would generate the application number after verifying and accepting the same.
Prior to sending the filled-in application form to KRLMPCA, please retain one photocopy of the application form and DD. The status of your Application may be verified on the Association website after 22nd April 2010. If the application details are not found or in the case of wrong entry, the same may be intimated immediately to the Association, through email.
HALL TICKET / ADMISSION TICKET:
Candidates should download the Admission Tickets by entering his / her name as user name and date of birth as password for example: if the candidate’s name is Ashwin Kumar J and his date of birth is 17/03/1990, his user name is ashwinkumarj and password 17031990 from the association’s website and produce it as the time of Entrance Test.
The downloading of ADMISSION TICKET would be allowed from 22nd April, 2010 onwards from the website of the Association.
NOTE: Username should be typed in small letters only. Username should be typed as filled in application form without any space in between.

2. A set of photocopy of the Application should be retained by the candidates for further clarification.
3. Incomplete applications OR applications which do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, will be rejected. No refund of application fee would be made.
4. Request for re-totaling or revaluation of OMR sheets will not be entertained as valuation and the subsequent scoring is on scanning method.
5. KPLMPCA is not responsible for any postal delay.
6. Application forms received after 20th of April 2010, shall be rejected
7. Incomplete application forms will be rejected
8. If photographs are not found/mismatched, such applications would be rejected
9. Application forms without Signature OR Proof of Date of Birth will be rejected
10. Application form fee to be made only by Demand Drafts and no physical sale of applications.
11. Certificates to be enclosed with application form
12. All correspondence should be addressed to the “Chief Examiner”, with due acknowledgement.
13. Admission Tickets may be downloaded by the candidates on the website from 22nd
April 2010, by entering his/her name and date of birth.
