/ infact only those people go for dtu botech or ene who do not have any other option / absolute nonsense nit warangal biotech opening is 2k closing around 17k { all india quota }...are these people desperate to take it even when they are better options available to them in nits ? leave biotech in iits im comparing nit -w as it has same status as dtu ..if people take it there ..then it might be d case in dtu also.. @ akshay future prospects for biotech are bleak ..if u want job go for cse u will get atlesat 3.5 lpa ..if u want to get branded go for dtu ..as it is 9th best college of india ..decision is urz :)

it depends on ur intrests...........dtu biotech is a very gud field.......get's better placement than usit cse(yes that's true)..........and furthermore studying at better college u will be more encouraged to go for higher education, better competition always helps.........................................had i been in ur position would have definitely gone for dtu..........few years from now even people with rank 15000 wouldn't be able to get in.......so don't leave opportunity...................besides u would have noticed many of the students in usit wouldn't have a high rank as urs (i hav rank 25000 and in usit it.........i would have done anything to be in ur position)

@ akshay as dzeko said, sat cn be anothr aspect f lukin at thngs luk having been in DTU 4 abt a month nw i l tel u dat one thng i lik abt the collg is dat u hv lot f opportunties to excel in fields othr than ur own stream!!!! just in the first month( apart frm co-curriculars lik sports, dance, music,etc) there were so many technical workshops wkshp on android applications on 18th aug AUTO quiz on 18th aug wkshp on embedded robotics on 25th aug wkshp on nano technology on 1st sep techfest of 2 days frm 27th aug HACKexplode on 3rd n 4th september and so on!! so actually deres is very high probability that with DTU biotech u wud finally end up in the same company at the same salary as a USIT CSE guy!!! so wait 4 tommorows list n then choose ur heart!
