I havent been allotted any seat yet. Should i just take any branch for 4th round and get admitted into the institute for internal sliding, or should i wait for the spot round? Isnt internal sliding given higher priority than spot round?

Im expecting chem., but im getting biotech (which i didnt fill as a choice yet).

for biotech, 3rd round cutoffs have already crossed my rank. But the tentative vacancies show 0 seats for chem. According to last yr's cutoffs, i should get chem by the 4th round. Also, for spot round, there were 7 seats vacant. But this yr it looks like chances are very low, and if i dont get chem by internal sliding, there is no refund.

Any opinions?
