AP EAMCET 2017 Seat Allotment Process

Candidates who have qualified AP EAMCET 2017 and have secured a rank are eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process. The seat allotment of AP EAMCET 2017 to be held in the online mode. Candidates will be allotted seats based on their merit, choice preference and availability of seats in AP EAMCET participating institutes. Candidates have to undergo the following steps during AP EAMCET seat allotment process:

Payment of AP EAMCET Processing Fee

Candidates have to register for AP EAMCET 2017 counselling by paying the processing fee. Candidates have to make the payment in online mode. The processing fee for OC/BC candidates is Rs 12000 and Rs. 600 for SC/ST candidates.

Verification of Documents

Candidates have to report at the designated Help Line Centre to verify their documents. The list of required documents is as given below:

  • Rank card of AP EAMCET
  • Aadhaar card
  • Admit Card of AP EAMCET
  • Study/ Bonafide Certificate from III to X Class and Intermediate (10+2)
  • SSC / Intermediate or Equivalent marks memo
  • Income Certificate issued by MRO issued on or after January 01, 2014 (for candidates who desires to claim fee exemption)
  • Caste Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities candidates issued by competent authority (if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate
  • PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games Certificates (if applicable)

Exercising Options

After document verification, candidates have to fill their choices of colleges and course as per their preference. Candidates can exercise as many possible options. After submitting the options candidates are advised to take a print out of the counselling.

Modifications of Options and Freezing

In case, candidates are not satisfied with the choices exercised by them, they can change the same. Candidates can modify their options any number of times from June 21 to 22, 2017. After the last date, no candidate will be allowed to alter/modify the choices.

Final AP EAMCET Seat Allotment 2017

The final list of allotted candidates for the 1st phase of AP EAMCET seat allotment will be announced on June 25, 2017. Candidates who have been allotted seats have to download the allotment order and report through self- reporting system. Candidates will also require reporting at the allotted institute. If Candidates fail to report through self-reporting and reporting at the allotted college within the given time period, the seats allotted to the candidates will be cancelled.

Payment of Admission Fee at Allotted Institute

Candidates who have accepted the allotted seats have to pay the admission fee at the allotted institute. Candidates have to make the payment through challan at any Andhra Bank or Indian Bank. Applicants have to report at their allotted institute along with the fee receipt to confirm their admission.
