Entrance Test for admission to first year of 5 year course of B.Arch., 4 year course of B.Tech / B.Tech. (Biotechnology) / B.Pharm., 2 Year course of M.B.A. / M.B.A. and Lateral Entry to B.Tech./B.Pharma. and 3 years course of Diploma in Engineering will be known as known as Integral University Entrance Test (IUET-2011).

1.2 Direct Admission to Second Year of B.Tech./B.Pharm. (for Diploma Holders):

The eligible candidates seeking direct admission to Second year of B.Tech. / B.Pharm. are required to appear in the Entrance Test (IUET-2011). The candidates are required to submit the application forms to Co-ordinator, Admission Committee, IUET-2011 Integral University, Lucknow by the last date i.e. March 31st ,2011.The list of successful candidates for admission counselling to B.Tech. / B. Pharm. courses will be displayed on the Notice Board / Website of the University on May 21st , 2011.

1.3 Admission of N.R.I. Candidates

The eligible NRI candidates may get direct admission on reserved seats for which they should download the application form from the website of the University and submit the same to Co-ordinator, Admission Committee, Integral University, Lucknow, latest by 30th June 2011. Such candidates need not to appear in the Entrance Test. The admission to N.R.I. candidates will be given on first come first serve basis. The desirous candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate of the qualifying examination.

2. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION:

2.1 Candidates are advised to read instructions very carefully. The Integral University, Lucknow reserves the right to change the rules and regulations without any notice.

2.2 All the provisions given in this Prospectus shall be binding and acceptable to the students and their parents / guardians. Any change made from time to time in the rules, regulations and fees of the University shall mutatis mutandis apply to the admitted candidates.

2.3 The application form, complete in all respects, should reach the Coordinator, Admission Committee IUET-2011. Integral University, Lucknow. The Integral University, Lucknow will not be responsible for any delay either on the part of the post or for any reason whatsoever..

2.4 Besides 50% reservation for muslim minorities, 20% of the total seats in each course are reserved for girl candidates and 3% seats are reserved for Physically Handicapped candidates. Candidates seeking advantage of reserved categories, weightage etc. are required to enclose relevant supporting certificates with the application form. These certificates in original will have to be produced at the time of admission along with one attested copy of each one of them.

2.5 Candidates who are due to appear in the qualifying examination or have appeared, but their results are awaited, are also eligible to appear. Candidates in respect of whom the result of the qualifying examination has not been declared by the last date of admission in Integral University due to any reason whatsoever (incomplete or withheld result or supplementary examination ect.), shall not be eligible for admission under any circumstances. However, the eligibility for admission shall remain forfeited if the candidate is unable to produce the original marks sheet of the qualifying examination within a week’s time after declaration of the result of their respective Boards / Universities.

3. ENTRANCE TEST SCHEME:

7. RESERVATION :

50% seats are reserved for Muslim minority and 50% are open; reservation for girls, physically handicapped and NRI are also available in each category.

8. CITY OF EXAMINATION :

The IUET-2011 will be held at Lucknow. Additional Examination centres may be established in a region, if sufficient number of candidates apply from the same.

9. MEDICAL STANDARDS :

The candidates should have good general physique with following minimum requirements of physical fitness:

Coursewise/Branchwise Fee Structure at a Glance :--

1. Last date of submission of form is March 31st, 2011.
2. Last Date of Submission of Form alongwith Late Fee i.e. Rs. 300/- is April 11th, 2011.
3. Architecture students are also required to pay NATA Fee of Rs. 200/- and Educational Tour Fee of Rs. 1200/-.
4. Students shall have to go for Summer Training / Project work arranged by the Training and Placement Cell or by the students itself.
5. Tuition fee for for all the Courses for NRI/NRI Sponsorsed Students is U.S. $ 6000 per annum.

7. Hostel & Mess Fee per Student per Year:

8. Bus Fee will be charged on the basis of location / distance.
9. The fee shall be paid only through DD drawn in favour of "Treasurer, Integral University", Lucknow. No Cash / Cheques will be accepted.
10. The caution money deposited by the students at the time of admission in the University shall be refunded only on completion of the course or withdrawl after clearing all the dues. The same shall be claimed within 12 months otherwise it will be forfeited. The caution money shall be transferred into the account of the students in the branch of Punjab National Bank situated in the campus. All the students are advised to open their accounts in the same branch and provide the A/c No. in the concerned section.
11. The students whould ensure that his/her permanent/postal address of communication are updated in the University records.
