Punjab CET 2011 Counselling

If a candidate has taken admission in Ist Round / 2nd Round bypaying fees and in case he/she gets a seat in Third round of Online Counselling, his/her seat of First/Second Round will automatically get cancelled. He will not have any claim on the seat got in Ist / 2nd round. For refund of Fees, student should contact the institute. The Fees will be refunded as per rules mentioned in the Information Brochure.

For taking admission in the college, where seat is allotted in 3rd round, the candidate has to deposit FEES afresh again in the allotted college during Reporting period.

But if the candidate who had got seat in 1st / 2nd round, but not deposited fees for the allotted seat, then seat allotted in Third Round will only stand.

If the candidate does not deposit fees in the allotted institute of Third round of Counseling, but has taken admission by paying fees in the previous allotted institutions in the first/second round, his both seats shall stand cancelled. For refund of fees, the rules and regulations as mentioned in the information brochure shall be applicable.

If the candidate does not get any seat in third round of counselling and has got admission by paying fees in the first / second round of counselling, then previous admitted seat in first / second counselling seat shall be retained.

If the candidate does not get any seat in third round of counselling and has not deposited fees in previous first /second round of counseling, then he/she will not get any seat.

For withdrawal of seat during Counselling, the candidate shouldreport to the Punjab Technical University.
