Eligibility Criteria for RPET - 2011 :
Acaademic Qualification :
The minimum academic qualification for admission to B.Tech./B.E. program in Rajasthan is a pass with atleast 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST of Rajasthan state) in the subjects combination as given below taken together, in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan.
Age Limit :
Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1981 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education marksheet / certificate only will be taken as authentic.

Yes you can apply for the test as you have passed your 10th- 12th from state as a regular student.

RPET test is conducted by Rajasthan Technical University for Rajasthan students who are aspirants of doing B.tech or B.E.
Eligibility- 10+2 passed
Reservation -85% Rajasthani students
15 % other states students on basis of AIEEE score
If you even have diploma or any other experience after 12th, you can go for RPET exam but if you are not Rajasthani student, you cant appear RPET, you can be admitted on the basis of ur AIEEE score
