Instructions to Candidates

1.  The application form  (OMR Sheet) should be carefully filled in and shaded the corresponding ovals with HB pencil in accordance with the instructions detailed in Section 1 and 2. Application with incomplete data/inappropriate shading is liable for rejection. Results awaited applicants should also fill up the application form wherever applicable to the full extent possible.

2.  In case of Passed candidates duly attested true/Xerox copies of statement of marks (all semesters) and entry qualification Degree/Dipoma/XII Std. Certificates should be attached along with the completed application form.

3.  In the case of candidates appeared/appearing for the entry qualification Examination shall produce their pass certificate of the qualifying examination at the time of JEE, failing which no claim will be entertained for consideration for CIPET admission.

4.  An attested true copy of the certificate indicating the date of birth must be submitted along with the application form.

5.  Xerox copies of all documents submitted along with the application form must be attested afresh.

6.  Candidates should carefully fill up the Acknowledgement Card with details called for and appropriate postal address with sufficient stamp affixed.

7.  Alongwith Downloaded application form a self addressed post card to be attached for acknowledgement purpose.

8.  Candidates belonging to SC/ST and Sponsored category must support their claim by getting the certificates in the prescribed form attached with the application form duly certified with the Signature/Designation and seal of the issuing authority. Physically Handicapped candidates should submit the appropriate certificate for their claim.

9.  Please check your entries and enclosures of the application form before dispatch to CIPET.

10.  The completed application form with all enclosures should be sent only in the envelope provided along with the form.

11.  No claim of submission of application form after the due date will be entertained on any account. Postal or any other delay are at the own risk of the applicant.

12.  Application form with incomplete data or inappropriate shading will be rejected

INSTRUCTIONS FOR JEE OMR ANSWER SHEETS

• Optical Mark Reader (OMR) answer sheet will be provided for answering Joint Entrance Examination.
• Please bring with you INK PEN, HB PENCIL, PENCIL SHARPENER AND ERASER for appearing for JEE.
• Answer all questions. Use HB Pencil only for filling up the boxes. Mark like . Erase completely to change.
• Do not make any stray marks on the sheet. If none of the answers provided is correct, mark in the box E.
• Unsigned answer sheet is liable to be rejected. Writ and mark your hall ticket register number in the appropriate boxes given.
