27 in Physics, 29 in Maths & 24 in chemistry in KCET-2010 answer Keys.

My brother got through the CET 2010, Hence he as to attend the counseling but he registered to Hubli center. Is there any way to change the center from Hubli to Bangalore.

Please give me the procedure or any information regard to change i counseling center.
