Counseling Notice 2011-12


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR COUNSELING:

Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination which is 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, and Mathematics as compulsory and the third subject like Chemistry / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science with aggregate of 45% for General Category and 40% for Reserved Category of the Karnataka State with English as a compulsory subject.

 

Following documents should be submitted at the time of counseling (NO ATTESTATION REQUIRED):

i) KRLMPCA UG CET 2011 Admission Ticket - ORIGINAL

ii) SSLC/10th or equivalent certificate for proof of birth – PHOTO COPY

iii) PUC /10+2 Marks card – PHOTO COPY

iv) One recent passport size photograph

v) Religious (Muslim)/Linguistic (Kodava, Tulu, Tamil, Telugu) Minority certificate issued by the competent authority. - PHOTO

vi) Note:

1. No individual intimation will be sent to the candidates.

2. Candidate has to appear for the counseling in person. The candidate who fails to appear in person at the notified date/time shall forfeit his/her claim for allotment of seat Candidate has to submit the above required documents and the same will be sent to the colleges. On the basis of their eligibility, colleges will inform the candidates for payment of admission Fees.

No candidate need to bring DD at the time of counseling. Selected candidate shall pay the fees as prescribed by the State Govt. that is Rs.1.25 lakhs or Rs.1.00 lakh as the case may be and other fees as fixed by statutory/competent authorities to the Principals of allotted colleges at the time of joining the college. Joining time shall be 10 days from the date of selected list of candidates announced on the Association’s website failing which the allotment stands cancelled.

 

The list of candidates who have selected seats and allotted to different colleges would be put on the website on 9/8/2011


REFUND AND FORFEITURE OF FEE: as per government norms

 

LEGAL JURISDICTION: Any dispute that may arise in respect of the seat selection process and admission is subject to the jurisdiction of the Hon able High Court of Karnataka.
