Counselling Schedule

For B.Tech. Admission 2011 (AIEEE Quota), counseling process scheduled from 4th to 9th July, 2011 as per following schedule.

NOTE: Resultant vacancies under 25% category (All India) will be displayed on July 6, 2011(Evening) on www.nirmauni.ac.in.

For admission in the above Programme, you are hereby informed to remain present as per above schedule for counseling with following original documents (with one set of photocopy) documents at your own cost.

1. S.S.C.E. (Std. 10) Mark Sheet

2. School Leaving Certificate of Std. 12

3. H.S.C.E. (Std.12) Mark sheet of all attempts

4. Score Card of AIEEE – 2011

5. Authorized Bifurcation of theory and practical marks of science subjects of Std. 12, in case these marks are not shown separately in Std. 12 Mark sheet.

6. Caste certificate ( SC/ST/SEBC – non-creamy layer ) and Physical disability (PH) certificate, whichever applicable

The details about available branches are given on our website http://www.nirmauni.ac.in,also in the prospectus. In case admission is offered, you will be required to pay Rs. 25,000/- on the spot by Cash/D.D. drawn in favour of “Institute of Technology, Nirma University” payable at Ahmedabad as way of confirmation of admission. The remaining Fees of first semester will have to be paid by way of D.D. within next three working days, failing to do so the admission will be treated as cancelled.

Fee structure is under revision and candidates have to pay the difference of amount as and when decided by the regulatory body constituted by Government of Gujarat. It is the responsibility of an applicant to remain present for counseling on scheduled date and time. If applicant is unable to remain present in person due to unavoidable circumstances, parents with authority from the applicant will be permitted, provided the Admission Committee is satisfied for the genuineness about the applicant’s inability to remain present. If applicant does not remain present at the scheduled date and time and presents himself afterwards, he/she will be
offered admission in the branch available at that time. If applicant has passed 12th Science examination from board other than Gujarat Higher Secondary Education Board, he/she will be required to obtain the eligibility certificate from Nirma University on cash payment of Rs. 500/- for which arrangement is made to issue the same on the spot.

Please note that this letter of invitation for counseling does not give guarantee for admission. The candidate will be offered the branch which is available at the time of his/her turn for counseling.
